WHITE LABEL SERVICES · FOR AGENCIES & STUDIOS
Extra delivery capacity. Your client relationship.
Bring in practical design and development support when your agency needs another pair of experienced hands. I can work to your brief, review process and agreed presentation, with a clear boundary around the work I deliver.
White-label work is strictly confidential during and after delivery. Your agency presents the work under its own brand, with no public author credit or portfolio use by me. I communicate and hand over through your agency; any direct end-client contact needs your agency’s express written permission.
- A written brief and agreed deliverables
- Communication arranged around your team
- Handover and software rights made clear
DESIGN · BUILD · SOLVE · SUPPORT
Support where your project needs it.
Website and Elementor work
Build agreed WordPress pages, work from supplied layouts or refine an existing design. Confirm the responsive behaviour, content and editing requirements in the brief.
WooCommerce and integrations
Support defined shop improvements, product presentation and supported connections. Catalogue migration, payment logic and custom integrations are assessed before a commitment.
Custom plugin development
Discuss a specific feature or workflow that standard settings do not cover. Agree the functionality, compatibility, testing, source handover and maintenance responsibilities.
Technical fixes and care
Investigate an agreed problem or provide planned support capacity. Existing faults, hosting constraints and the level of response required are considered before pricing.
PROJECT OR RETAINER · INDIVIDUALLY QUOTED
Agree the capacity before you commit.
Project Delivery
A defined piece of work under your process.
Quoted
Fixed scope or agreed milestones
- Your brief, deliverables and acceptance checks agreed first
- Named responsibilities for content, access and decisions
- Staging or review arrangements suited to the project
- A defined number of feedback rounds
- Source files, licences and handover recorded in the quote
- Confidentiality and presentation terms agreed before starting
Ongoing Agency Support
Reserved capacity for an agreed workload.
Quoted
Monthly capacity or project arrangement
- An agreed time allowance and task priorities
- Working hours, contact route and response expectations
- Clear treatment of urgent and out-of-scope requests
- Regular summaries of completed work and open decisions
- Rollover, cancellation and renewal terms agreed in writing
- Third-party subscriptions and licences listed separately
All quoted prices are total service fees in GBP. No VAT is added. Capacity, deadlines and service levels are confirmed in writing; they are not unlimited. Third-party software retains its own licence terms. Intellectual-property rights, source delivery and any right to reuse components are agreed for each project.
YOUR PROCESS, AGREED TOGETHER
A working relationship with clear boundaries.
01
Share the brief
I review the platform, required output, deadlines and available access. Strict confidentiality is part of the agreed white-label arrangement; a project-specific NDA can record any additional requirements before sensitive material is shared.
02
Confirm the arrangement
I agree price, milestones, review rounds, presentation and communication. Your team identifies who approves content and accepts the work.
03
Build and review
I deliver through the agreed review process and flag dependencies early. New requirements are assessed before they change the scope.
04
Hand over clearly
You receive the agreed deliverables, notes and access changes. Continued maintenance or further development is a separate decision.
UK BASED · PROJECTS WORLDWIDE
Experienced support without an unclear handover.
My background spans client websites, ecommerce and the development of practical WordPress tools. The emphasis is on understanding the requirement, communicating clearly and leaving work that can be maintained.
I work with businesses in the UK and internationally through Creative Apple Solutions Ltd, including projects in Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands, Thailand, the USA and Poland. Clear briefs and online reviews make it straightforward to work together.
A clear answer. A useful next step.
A few useful answers before I start. If your question is more specific, I can talk it through with you.
Creative Apple Solutions · Direct, practical advice
Before your project begins.
Will you contact the end client directly?
I communicate and deliver through your agency. I do not contact your end client about the project, solicit that client using confidential information or disclose your agency’s arrangements unless your agency gives express written permission. Any approved direct contact or technical access is limited to the purpose and route agreed with you.
Can you work under my agency branding?
Yes. For agreed white-label delivery, your agency presents the work under its own brand, with no public author credit for me. I do not add the project to my portfolio, publish screenshots or case studies, identify your agency or end client in a client list, use their names or logos for promotion, or reveal my involvement to others. Your agency’s own publication does not give me permission to disclose it. Mandatory third-party licence notices still apply.
How is confidentiality protected, and can I request an NDA?
Confidentiality applies during and after the work. I use confidential material only for the agreed delivery. Any necessary approved hosting, storage or technical provider is limited to that purpose under appropriate confidentiality arrangements. If disclosure is legally required, I disclose only what is required and notify your agency beforehand where legally permitted. Those limited exceptions do not permit publicity or unrelated discussion. A project-specific NDA can record additional agreed requirements before sensitive information is shared.
Who owns the code and design files?
The quote records the agreed rights and deliverables. Third-party software and reusable components may have separate licences, so ownership should not be assumed from the term white label alone.
Can you take over an urgent or unfinished project?
I can review the situation and availability. Existing code, missing access, dependencies and the requested deadline affect what can reasonably be accepted.
Do you offer unlimited development?
No. A project has defined deliverables, and a retainer has agreed capacity and priorities. Larger or urgent requests are assessed and scheduled separately.
