WEBSITE & ONLINE SHOP AUDITS
Understand what needs attention. Know what to do next.
Your website may need a few focused improvements or a more substantial rethink. I review the agreed pages and customer journeys, explain what the evidence shows and give you a practical order for the work ahead.
One-off audits from £99. Clear scope and a written action plan.
MAKE THE NEXT DECISION WITH CLARITY
A useful review starts with your business.
Tell me what is worrying you: a slow website, confusing mobile pages, fewer enquiries or customers who struggle to complete an order. The audit gives those concerns a clear scope.
See what is working
Keep useful content, familiar journeys and effective parts of your existing website in view before changing them.
Understand the issues
Findings explain the observed problem, where it appears and why it may matter to visitors or day-to-day management.
Prioritise the next steps
A practical action list distinguishes urgent faults, useful improvements and work that can wait.
THE DETAILS BEHIND A BETTER EXPERIENCE
What I can review.
Your selected package defines the page sample and depth of review. Manual checks are supported by appropriate tools, with findings interpreted in context.
Usability and mobile experience
Navigation, readability, page layout, touch targets, calls to action and the route to contacting or buying from you.
Speed and page weight
Representative loading tests, images, scripts and visible performance issues, with practical opportunities for investigation.
Search foundations
Headings, titles, descriptions, internal links and observable indexing signals across the agreed sample.
Trust and technical basics
Visible business information, broken routes, HTTPS and mixed-content signals. Deeper configuration checks can be included where access and scope are agreed.
Forms and enquiry routes
How easily visitors can ask a question or request a service, including agreed functional checks of relevant routes.
The shopping journey
For ecommerce audits: product information, categories, basket behaviour, delivery messaging and the available checkout journey.

FINDINGS YOU CAN USE
From an observed issue to a practical action.
01
The evidence
The affected page or journey, the observation and relevant screenshots or test results.
02
The significance
Why the issue matters, who it may affect and any limits to what the available evidence can establish.
03
The priority
A suggested order based on impact, urgency and likely effort, so the first actions are clear.
04
The next step
Practical recommendations you can use yourself, share with your existing developer or ask me to quote for.
Turn the findings into clear next steps
A useful audit explains what was observed, why it matters and what could be done next. I keep the findings connected to the agreed pages and questions, distinguish evidence from assumptions and set out priorities that you can review before commissioning further work.
- The reviewed pages, journeys and scope identified in the findings.
- Observed issues explained with relevant evidence and practical context.
- Suggested next steps prioritised; implementation agreed separately.
A STRAIGHTFORWARD PROCESS
Tell me what you want to understand.
01
Share your website and concerns
I agree your goals, the page sample, any access required and a delivery date.
02
I review the agreed scope
I check the experience and relevant technical signals, recording the evidence behind the findings.
03
Receive your report
You receive a written review with clear priorities. The Business and Shop packages include a discussion call.
04
Choose what happens next
Use the report with your own team or request a separate quote for selected improvements. There is no obligation to continue.
An honest view of what has been checked.
This is a practical website review. It does not include penetration testing, a full accessibility certification or a legal compliance assessment. I do not place live paid orders or make website changes as part of a standard audit. Test orders in an approved test environment and deeper administration checks can be agreed in the scope. Findings reflect the pages, access and conditions available during the review.
A clear answer. A useful next step.
A few useful answers before I start. If your question is more specific, I can talk it through with you.
Creative Apple Solutions · Direct, practical advice
Before you book an audit.
Do you need my website login?
Many public-facing checks do not need it. If an agreed technical or tracking check requires access, I explain why and arrange appropriate access before starting.
Will you fix the problems during the audit?
The package covers the review, report and any listed discussion call. Changes are quoted separately, so you can choose the work and the provider.
Can you audit a website built by someone else?
Yes. I can review an existing website or shop and help you decide which improvements are sensible. Access and platform limitations are explained where relevant.
Will the report guarantee more enquiries, sales or better Google rankings?
The report identifies observed issues and useful improvements. Outcomes depend on implementation, content, competition, customer demand and other factors beyond the audit.
Is this a complete security audit?
The standard packages include the stated visible technical checks. They do not include penetration testing or a guarantee that every vulnerability has been found. A specialist investigation needs a separately agreed scope.
What if my website has hundreds of pages?
The listed packages use defined page samples. I can discuss a larger crawl or a more specialised review and provide a quote matched to your site.
