For healthcare, finance or any business handling sensitive information, I start by defining what the website should collect, who needs access and which approved systems should handle it. A public website, a booking integration and a clinical or financial records system involve different responsibilities.

I can discuss accessibility requirements, permissions and appropriate integrations as part of the brief. Formal accessibility assessments, legal advice, penetration testing and sector-specific compliance certification are separately scoped specialist work. I do not present a standard website as automatic proof of compliance.

Can you help if my industry is not listed?

Yes. The examples on this page are a starting point. Tell me about your business, customers and requirements, and I will assess whether I can provide a suitable solution.

Do all websites include booking or ecommerce?

No. I agree the features and quantities before work starts. Booking, ecommerce, memberships and other integrations are included only where they are part of the written scope.

Can you connect my existing business systems?

I can assess the available integrations or scope bespoke development. Feasibility depends on the provider's access, documentation, permissions and licence terms. I confirm these dependencies before committing to an integration.

Do you provide a compliance guarantee for regulated businesses?

No. I can work to an agreed technical brief and identify where specialist input is needed. You remain responsible for approving your business information, legal documents and sector-specific requirements. Formal certification or specialist testing must be explicitly included or arranged separately.

How much will the project cost?

My website and online shop pages show defined starting packages. Bespoke functionality is quoted against an agreed brief. My fees are total prices in GBP with no VAT added; hosting, licences and other provider costs are identified where relevant.
