The 50% promotion applies to the stated standard design and build fee for the agreed package. Extra products, bespoke development, migration and additional integrations are quoted separately. Product limits describe what I initially populate, not a permanent limit on your store. Prices shown are the total Creative Apple fees in GBP. My company is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.

Your domain and store or hosting account should be in your name. Once the agreed project is paid for, I hand over the work and access you need to manage it. Third-party software remains subject to its own licences and platform terms.
- Domain registration, hosting, Shopify plans, paid themes, plugins and apps are separate unless your written quote explicitly includes them.
- Payment processing, transaction and provider fees are charged by the relevant providers.
- You supply approved product information, imagery and policy wording. I configure tax settings using the information you or your accountant provide.
- Maintenance, extra products, copywriting, photography, ongoing SEO and advertising are optional, separately scoped services.
- Subscriptions, trade pricing, multiple languages, complex shipping and custom API work can be discussed and quoted around your requirements.

Can I add products myself after launch?
Yes. I show you how to manage products, prices, images and orders. The package product allowance covers the initial population I complete for you.
Can you move an existing shop?
Yes, subject to what your current system can export. I assess products, images, variations, customers, orders and redirects before quoting. A complete migration is not automatically included in the package prices.
Will the shop be ready for search engines?
Every package includes the stated SEO foundations. Ongoing content and SEO work can be added separately. A new shop does not come with a promise of Google positions, traffic or sales.
Can I accept card payments and offer delivery or collection?
I configure the agreed supported payment and shipping methods. Payment accounts must be approved by their providers, and any provider fees are separate. Collection and more complex delivery rules can be included in the written scope.
How long will the project take?
I agree a schedule after reviewing your catalogue, content and required features. Timely product data, account access and feedback help keep the project moving.
Do I need an ongoing contract?
The design and build is a defined project. You can manage the store yourself or choose optional maintenance. Hosting, Shopify and any other providers have their own ongoing charges and terms.
