All prices are total service fees in GBP. No VAT is added. The 50% promotion applies to the stated standard design and build fee. Domain registration, hosting, paid themes, plugins and licences, copywriting, content creation, translations, ecommerce and bespoke integrations are excluded unless included in the written scope. Third-party provider costs are separate.

Responsive design
Layouts checked on representative desktop and mobile screen sizes, with sensible image sizing, clear headings and readable content.
Search foundations
Basic page titles, descriptions, heading structure and image alternative text, plus sitemap setup where appropriate. Ongoing SEO is a separate service; search positions are not guaranteed.
An enquiry route
A contact form with agreed fields and spam protection. The HTML5 option uses PHP form handling, so suitable PHP hosting and a working email delivery arrangement are required.
Analytics setup
Basic analytics connection where included in the scope, using your accounts and access. Tracking depends on the agreed consent setup and your approved privacy and cookie information.
Two review rounds
Two consolidated rounds of feedback within the agreed page plan. New pages, functionality or a different design direction are assessed and quoted separately.
A supported handover
WordPress packages include agreed editing guidance and training. The included 30-day support period covers defects in my delivered build, rather than new features, content work or third-party changes.

An HTML5 website suits a clear presentation of your business with relatively stable content. It uses HTML, CSS and JavaScript or jQuery where useful; future content changes normally need someone comfortable editing those files.
WordPress gives your team a dashboard for updating agreed text, images and pages. It needs an ongoing plan for hosting, backups, updates and any paid software licences. I can explain those responsibilities before you choose.

What counts as a page?
I agree a page list before quoting, such as Home, About, individual service pages and Contact. Extra pages, complex page types, translations and new functionality are separately scoped.
Do I provide the text and images?
The packages use your supplied and approved content. Copywriting, photography, illustration, translations and additional content work are separate unless the written quote includes them.
Are hosting and the domain included?
Domain registration, hosting and third-party software charges are separate unless explicitly included in your written scope. I can explain the practical requirements, and your accounts should be in your name.
Can I update the website myself?
WordPress packages include an editing handover and agreed training. HTML5 content changes normally require editing website files, so I discuss the right platform for the way you want to maintain the site.
What does the 30-day support period cover?
It covers defects in the agreed delivered build for 30 days after launch. New features, content changes, hosting incidents, third-party changes and ongoing maintenance are outside that included period unless separately agreed.
How does the 50% offer work?
The displayed promotional fee is half the stated standard package build price. I confirm your chosen scope and any additions in writing. All prices are total service fees in GBP. No VAT is added. Third-party provider costs are separate.
Will my website rank first on Google?
The listed packages include basic search foundations. Rankings, traffic and enquiries depend on competition, content, ongoing work and other factors, so no particular search position or commercial result is promised.
