AI PROCESS AUTOMATION
Turn incoming information into useful work, ready for review.
Connect the language tasks in your business process: reading enquiries, organising information, preparing first drafts and bringing the next action to the right person.
You work directly with me, Michael. I combine suitable AI capabilities with clear workflow rules, supported integrations and human approval where the result needs judgement.
- Information processing & useful drafts
- Connected business systems
- Defined review & exception handling
WHERE LANGUAGE MEETS WORKFLOW
Make the information easier for your team to act on.
AI is useful when the input varies and a person still needs an organised summary or draft. The workflow gives that output a purpose, a destination and a review point.
Enquiry organisation
Read incoming enquiries, identify agreed topics, prepare a concise summary and route the request to the appropriate person on your team for review.
Document preparation
Extract agreed fields from suitable documents, organise the information and flag missing or uncertain details for a person to check.
Response & proposal drafts
Use approved service information and the customer's brief to prepare a first draft. Your team checks the details, judgement and commercial terms before sending.
Content operations
Move from an approved brief to draft copy, image or video concepts and a review queue. Agree who checks accuracy, brand fit and publication.
Reporting summaries
Prepare readable summaries from selected business reports or records while keeping the source figures available for verification.
Connected follow-up
Create a draft task, update or reminder in a supported system after the agreed checks, with a way to handle failed connections or incomplete information.
My toolkit includes n8n and OpenAI for connected information workflows. ElevenLabs, Twilio or Higgsfield may be relevant where the scope includes voice, messages or creative content. I select the tools needed for the task and confirm their access and usage costs.
Plan the checks as carefully as the automation
A workflow needs a clear route for incomplete information and unexpected cases. I define the inputs, checks, actions and review points with you so the proposed system fits the real process, including the steps where a person remains responsible.
- Inputs and required information defined before actions are connected.
- Validation and exception routes planned around the agreed use case.
- Review responsibilities and handover made clear before release.
FROM REPETITION TO A DEFINED PROCESS
Build around the handoffs, not just the prompt.
01
Map inputs & outcomes
Identify what arrives, how staff currently handle it, what a useful output looks like and where the work should go next.
02
Design checks & exceptions
Agree the approved sources, validation rules, permissions and human approvals. Define what happens when the workflow cannot complete a step.
03
Build a focused pilot
Connect the agreed tools and test representative examples, including missing information, uncertain output and unavailable services.
04
Handover & assess
Train the users, document the workflow and review it against the original purpose before considering a wider rollout.
For example, an enquiry could become a structured summary and draft reply for a staff member to approve before a CRM update is recorded. This is an illustrative workflow; the actual sequence is scoped for your business.
AN AGREED BUILD, WITH VISIBLE COSTS
Quote the workflow that solves the right problem.
The proposal depends on the systems, input types, volume, review requirements and integration work. I can separate an initial pilot from later phases.

AI AUTOMATION QUESTIONS
Choose a useful first workflow.
How is this different from ordinary workflow automation?
Ordinary automation follows defined rules between systems. AI can add tasks such as summarising varied messages or preparing a draft from approved information. I use each where it fits and keep predictable steps rule-based where appropriate.
Can you automate an entire business process?
I first map the process and its decisions. Some steps may be suitable for automation, some for an AI-assisted draft and others for a person. The agreed scope identifies those boundaries rather than assuming the whole process can run unattended.
Can AI outputs be wrong?
Yes. Outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. I plan validation, approved sources, review and escalation according to the task, especially before information is sent, published or written into business records.
Can you use my existing tools?
I check the supported integrations, APIs and account permissions of the tools you use. The solution depends on those capabilities and the information involved. Any new service or subscription is discussed before it becomes part of the proposal.
How will I know whether the workflow helps?
Agree the intended outcome before building: for example, fewer repeated entry steps, a more consistent draft or clearer handling of incomplete requests. A pilot can be reviewed using realistic tasks and staff feedback before the scope grows.
Who looks after it after launch?
The handover defines ownership, user guidance and the included support. Monitoring, provider changes, new requirements and further development can be covered by an agreed ongoing scope.
